The fishing has been nothing short of spectacular this week. The docks bridges and bars have been producing Trout, Mangrove Snapper, a few Pompano, Jacks, and ladyfish. Working the shoreline in the Tomoka Basin/River and Halifax ICW has been producing lots of Snook and Redfish. The Snook have been on fire for the past week.
On some trips we have gotten as many as 20 on a 4-5hr charter.
Don’t forget Snook season is closed so it’s catch and release only.
The Tarpon bite has gone South a bit but we are still getting a few from time to time.
The largemouth bass bite has also been extremely good way up the Tomoka.
